Thank you for taking the time to visit On Second Thought.  The following are frequently asked questions regarding our fashion collections, shipping, returns and exchange policy. 

When you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email.  Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a shipping confirmation email with tracking update.

On Second Thought 
Features new fashion clothing, shoes and accessories.  We offer FREE Economy Shipping Worldwide with tracking. Delivery takes anywhere from 12-20 days, sometimes sooner, sometimes later - although we have not encountered the later part.

Expedited shipping is offered to USA and International shipping zones, when requested for an additional fee, but please keep in mind shipments can be delayed at your country's customs/point of entry in addition to custom duties levied on purchases.

To date we have successfully shipped to happy customers in: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Dubai, Germany, Kuwait, London, Netherlands, New Zealand, Qatar and are always looking to add more!   

The Preloved Collection
Offers fashion clothing, shoes and accessories and is available at this time, for our mainland domestic USA customers only.  The only exception to this, are customers with a USA-based, international freight forwarding account.  Shipping within domestic mainland USA with either of these options, takes anywhere from 5-7 business days with tracking, although the norm has been sooner.

As you know, sizes may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.  We have a size chart listed under each of our new On Second Thought Collection product listings which give customers accurate sizing for that particular item.  Please follow the size chart accordingly.  

If a size chart is not listed, the default standard follows typical USA sizing measurements as do our Preloved Collection items.

We have an ALL SALES FINAL policy on Jewelry Accessories, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Interior wear, and our Preloved Collection.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  

We also have an ALL SALES FINAL policy on our OST Clothing, Shoes and Accessories,however we want happy trusting customers.  If you ever have an item you are left unsatisfied with for any reason, we want to know about it. We ask that you please send us an email within 15 days of your delivered item.  We will work with you as quickly as possible in finding a solution.

Unfortunately at this time, orders from outside of mainland USA ie, International orders, are non-refundable due to the expense in shipping.   Please follow the size chart under the product you are interested in carefully.  When in doubt, size up as our tailor says!
